Sony has announced a 2019 release date for its upcoming Silver and Black movie. The film is being directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood (The Secret Life of Bees, Love & Basketball), who will also be rewriting the script.
In the comics, Silver Sable is the leader of the Wild Pack, a group that hunts war criminals. Meanwhile, Black Cat (aka Felicia Hardy) is a burglar who's skilled in martial arts and gymnastics. While both characters exist in Marvel's Spider-Man universe, Prince-Bythewood's film will not be a crossover with the web-slinger. Matt Tolmach and Amy Pascal are producing the project. The next installment of "Bad Boys", "Bad Boys For Life" has moved to November 19, 2018.
