In scenes fit for a Love Island bust-up, Chris Hughes from the ITV2 show had a heated confrontation with television presenter Rylan Clark-Neal on the red carpet last night (10 October).

And the tension seemed to come to a head on Tuesday night when the celebs all attended the same bash in London, as 28-year-old Rylan reportedly confronted the couple. "Then Chris got involved and Rylan had to be held back while Chris warned him "it's not worth it".

The Love Island star appeared at an event this morning to mark World Mental Health Day, Chris revealed that L'Eau de Chris and his shoot with world-renowned photographer RANKIN was convey the shocking message that 84% of United Kingdom men say they bottle up their emotions, and to raise awareness for CALM - which is the male suicide prevention charity for which Chris is now an Ambassador.

After the red carpet drama Rylan told journalists: "I don't want to get involved in anyone's f*****g business". She's got a lot of money in the bank.

Before adding: 'But no I won't have anyone say that I get involved in other people's f***ing relationships because over the past 5 years I don't even publicise my own f***ing relationship so why would I get involved in other people's...' Eeeek!

The saga continues as TOWIE star Chloe Sims has now stuck her oar into the bitter war of words (not sure why), claiming that Chris and Liv are using the feud for publicity, and also urged Katie to release the text messages she has from the reality star.

The argument arose as Rylan spoke on This Morning to defend pal Katie Price by revealing she had "52 screen shots" of conversations between her and Chris Hughes which he'd denied.

'That is all I'm saying on the matter.

Speaking at the event in TOPMAN's central London HQ, Chris said: "Yesterday everyone was shocked that I had literally bottled my emotions in a water bottle infused with my tears. Been a long, tiring day, but a great way to finish it".

Rylan responded: "Shattered after our "bust up".
