Partly cloudy skies will last through Saturday with highs in the mid-70s.

WEDNESDAY: Rain chances drop off as a front pushes through late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.

Hopefully we'll get a little break in the humidity, as dew points slowly decline throughout the day.

A cold front will work closer to the Commonwealth today while sparking off scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Temperatures may start off in the 80s but fall through the day on Monday into the 70s and on down into the 50s by early Tuesday morning as a real taste of fall arrives. The pattern of cool mornings will continue with lows in the 50s again Wednesday and Thursday morning with highs in the lower 80s. Highs will be much cooler in the mid and upper 60s with breezy winds. Behind the front, cooler weather too.

Slow improve by Thursday with sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures. Wind gusts will increase to over 20 miles per hour. Highs rebound into the upper 70's as storm chances return late weekend. Look for widespread 70s on Saturday, and we may even hit 80s again by Sunday.
