The Gainesville doctor, who has not yet been identified, was irate because the mother was complaining about waiting too long to be seen. Stipe believed she had symptoms of pneumonia, according to the Independent Florida Alligator, the University of Florida's student newspaper. "I got seven rooms back there", the doctor said.
As the video gained steam, Gallogly on Wednesday released a statement, along with statements from his staff and the police report.
Stipe said she was "miserable" and wanted to go home before the doctor replied: "Then fine".
He added: "I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office, and continued her abusive behavior towards staff".
"Get the f**k out of my office", Gallogly is heard saying as he leads Stipe and her daughter to the door. "By 7:45 was not seen still in severe pain and throwing up in the trash can All they had me do was pee in a cup to see if I'm pregnant....ummm I know I'm not...", she wrote on her page.
Stipe then told CBS4 that the doctor's statements are "absolutely not true".
But as Stipe and her daughter were walking out, the doctor realized the daughter had been recording the entire tense exchange. Stipe said she made an appointment at 6:30 p.m. and by 7:45 p.m., she was still waiting.

The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office said Devin Holston has been "recovered" but would not release any other information. Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Lawson is urged to contact the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office at 740-532-3525.
The dispute continues as Stipes daughter reassures her mom that it's okay and she had been filming the whole thing as she says to the doctor: 'Okay you can get out of her face'.
But later that night the Gainesville Police Department did open a criminal investigation, according to spokesman Officer Ben Tobias, Gainesville.com reported. "You know this was uncalled for & for those of you who don't and are being rude and hateful to me and my child".
"Go to the ER and wait nine hours!" he yells at one point.
Stipe said. She alleged in her post that when she asked for her co-pay back, the doctor became angry and "proceeded to cuss (her) out".
"At the very end of the events, I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the two women in a most unprofessional manner".
Gallogly apologized in his statement, saying he was defending his staff when he over-reacted, and that there was no excuse for his behavior. When he saw it was being recorded he snatched my baby's phone and shoved her when she tried to get it back. He also apparently tried to delete the footage before throwing the phone back at her.
