Her star ascendant after stepping from Fast and Furious to Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot has added post-World War II revenge thriller Ruin to her upcoming schedule.
One that should be of particular interest is the very now relevant Ruin, a Justin Kurzel-directed post-WW2-era movie in which a former Nazi captain seeks penance for his war crimes by hunting down his former team members. It's compared to films like Inglorious Basterds and Fury, as a revenge-thriller set after World War II in Germany. The actress has the Wonder Woman sequel on her docket for late 2018.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gadot is in early talks to star in a project titled "Ruin", which is being made by Mad River Pictures.

Kurzel is the man behind the recent Assassin's Creed movie adaptation, as well as the big-screen Macbeth, both of which starred Michael Fassbender. Ruin sounds like it might be a ideal vehicle for Fassbender, but as yet there are no reports about the actor being attached to the film.
Details of the plot for the second film are being kept tightly under wraps but Jenkins recently said she's keen to jump forward several decades from the first movie, which is set in Europe during WW1, and have it take place in America during the Cold War.
In addition to Ruin, Gadot has also lined up a role opposite Bradley Cooper in the Max Landis-written undersea drama Deeper.
