We all know by now that Subaru just "loves" teasing us with spectacular concepts, only to tone things down by 100 when it's time to put something into production.
Taking centre stage on the Japanese brand's show stand, it's officially dubbed the Viziv Performance Concept, but the squared-edged concept vehicle previews the all-new pocket rocket that's due in 2019. The VIZIV concept employs a boxer engine, a four-door sedan layout, and of course, a signature Subaru hood scoop.
Measuring 4630mm in length, 1950mm in width, and 1430mm in height, the VIZIV Performance concept is about 165mm shorter, 110mm wider, and 70mm lower than the current Liberty, making in more in line with the WRX. It also has a very angular design that's more dramatic than any Subaru on the road today.
The auto sits on STI 19in wheels and features a carbon rear spoiler and bespoke front splitter.
Watch Ziva Dhoni Singing in Malayalam, it is Astonishing To Many
Another video of Ziva that garnered attention on social media was one shared by Dhoni with the caption 'Attack on besan ka Ladoo'. While Mahendra Singh Dhoni is coolness personified on-field, his daughter Ziva is the personification of cuteness off it.
Will Smith Fights the Supernatural in 'Bright' Trailer
Bright is genre-bending action movie that follows two cops from very different backgrounds. With a budget of $90 million, it would be insane to ignore a theatrical release.
Microsoft Has Stopped Manufacturing The Kinect Accessory For The Xbox
Microsoft's Kinect is officially out of production - neither Kinect for Xbox nor Kinect for PC shall be made henceforth. An upgraded Xbox One version brought hope of a whole new level of motion gaming action, yet that dream is now dead.
Subaru has also indicated it will be offered with its next-generation Eyesight safety system with a range of new advanced driver assistance functions scheduled for release "around 2020".
Packaged in a sleek saloon body and featuring Subaru's trademark all-wheel-drive underpinnings, the Viziv may well be a future WRX STI that will carve up rally stages the world over.
While unlikely to be made available in Australia, the high-performance model features increased power outputs, suspension modifications and a carbon fibre roof to lower its centre of gravity.
Inside, there's an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel with contrast stitching and the STI badge at the bottom spoke, gloss red accents including on the main dashboard trim, aluminium pedals and leather bucket seats.
