Respawn are best known for their work on Titanfall 1 and 2. If the studio meets future targets set by EA, they can also earn themselves up to $140 million in addition to the above, although some of these targets will last until the end of 2022. The company said it has agreed to pay $151 million in cash for Respawn, along with $164 million in equity awards that will vest over a four-year period.
