Once the holidays wrap up and it's taken down in NY, the tree will be milled into lumber for habitat for humanity.

The tree, which is 50 feet in diameter, will be the 86th to grace the Plaza for the annual weeks-long display and the third from Pennsylvania. The tree will remain in place until January 7, 2018.
