The Hollywood Reporter posted a story late Monday recounting how Sizemore, then 42, allegedly was told to leave the Utah set of a crime thriller called Born Killers (shot as Piggy Banks) after the child actress told her mother that Sizemore had touched her genitals during a photo shoot for the film.
According to the report of The Hollywood Reporter, Sizemore continued his shooting in Malibu after a few months when the young actress' parents refused to expose him with the help of the press.
The girl who made the allegations had a minor role in the film which was a completely separate film from Natural Born Killers.
The actress, whose name was not released at her request, told The Hollywood Reporter she declined to comment on the alleged incident but has "recently hired a lawyer to explore legal action against the actor as well as her parents".
The 55-year-old actor, who was 41 at the time, has been arrested for numerous drug and violence issues against women in the past, but not molestation. She added that afterward, "the young girl had trouble taking direction".
The alleged incident happened during a photoshoot to capture images of Sizemore's character with his abandoned wife and daughter that were to be used in the film.
The girl reportedly told her parents about the encounter who ran it up the production ladder.

There were rumors on the set about what exactly happened.
McGregor said she immediately registered a formal complaint with the Screen Actor's Guild and vouched for Sizemore's removal from the set. Confronted about the allegations, Sizemore denied any wrongdoing.
Sizemore's acting credits include the Oscar-winning Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, and Twin Peaks: The Return. When questioned by the Hollywood Reporter over the allegation, his agent Stephen Rice said "our position is 'no comment'".
"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited", Adamson told the paper.
Casting director Catrine McGregor, who was the first to contact the magazine about the alleged incident, said the girl's agent told her the day after it happened that she told her mother. "The little girl said what she said and we all thought, "That (expletive) sleazebag.' There was never any doubt. He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high".
The film's producers dismissed Sizemore from the set as soon as they heard the claim and reviewed the photographs from the photo shoot but found them inconclusive. We're talking about consistent behaviour, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day.
