The 22-year-old Jones, a fifth-round pick out of UTEP, is the Packers' leading rusher this season with 370 yards on 70 carries in eight games. He produced two games with over 100 rushing yards during his first three starts but was held to just 24 total rushing yards over the last two games. Jones rushed for 125 yards against the Dallas Cowboys on October 8, and outdid himself two weeks later in a loss to the New Orleans Saints by gaining 131 yards on the ground via 17 carries.

Packers rookie third-string running back Jamaal Williams took over from there with 67 yards on 20 carries. If he misses only three weeks, he could return on December 10 against the Cleveland Browns. He remained the Packers' featured back even after Montgomery returned from injury, relegating the converted wide receiver to snaps on a situational basis.
