Jeff Hornacek questioned the lack of fouls that were called against the Magic Sunday

Knicks forward Tim Hardaway Jr. reacts after being called for a foul against the Rockets, Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, in Houston. With match-ups against the Golden State Warriors (at home) and New York Knicks (away), going 0-2 seemed like the likely result. The Knicks announced Hardaway has a stress injury in his lower left leg and will not travel to in, and neither will Porzingis.

Hardaway's injury was not announced until before the game.

The Knicks two top scorers were sidelined on Sunday afternoon but the home team managed to battle back from a 17-point deficit in a close defeat to the Magic.

"It's about ourselves", said Pacers point guard Darren Collison, who had 10 points and 10 assists. "And whatever happens, happens", Hornacek said. "We're hoping that maybe with the other guys out there he gets some looks". He's got to be a playmaker for us, make some passes, too. He didn't make the trip to IN for Monday's game. "I think he's been huge (for us)".

Jeff Hornacek pulled Beasley three minutes into the third quarter and never brought him back.

"We will know a lot more in the next couple of days", his agent, Mark Bartelstein, told the Daily News. Ultimately we want to get better with all that. Hardaway Jr. has dealt with multiple ailments already in this short season - including a sore calf, sore foot and, as Hornacek revealed Monday, a sprained ankle. In Hardaway's case, it doesn't sound as promising. But lately they're dealing with some injuries.

"He's a tough kid". "He's had ankle sprains". He'd play through those things. That's a good attribute to have in a guy, a guy that goes out there and plays and plays through injuries. This could be a wear and tear. "We'll find out more maybe tomorrow or the day after". In his second start replacing Hardaway Jr., rookie Damyean Dotson contributed nine points and seven boards.
