The keenly watched Gujarat Assembly polls are headed for a photo finish as per the third and the final round of tracker poll conducted by Lokniti-CSDS-ABP News, which claims that both Congress and BJP will get 43% of the votes.
Gujarat is slated to go to polls in two phases - on December 9 and 14.
BJP sources said in Lucknow on Monday said the newly-elected Mayors along with Amethi Nagar Panchayat chairperson Chandrama Devi and Nagar Panchayat Jais chief Chandrama Prasad will meet the Prime Minister at his official residence. "They are all devoted party workers and will be used where ever the party needs them", BJP state general secretary Vijay Bahadur Pathak told PTI.
The Congress is also hoping to bridge a gap of nearly 9 per cent vote share, the difference that led the BJP to victory in 2012.
