Terry Crews filed a lawsuit against Adam Venit who he claims grabbed his genitals at a party last year

TMZ reports that Crews is suing Adam Venit for fondling him at an event past year, after news that Venit returned to his job at William Morris Endeavour after a measly one-month suspension.

Terry Crews is taking legal action against the Hollywood honcho he accused of sexually assaulting him previous year. The "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" actor states in the court docs that Venit stared at him "like a rabid dog" and stuck his "tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively" before grabbing his privates.

As many now know, Terry first came out with his allegations against the agent back in October and has since publicly spoken out on the encounter saying he's never felt "more emasculated" than the time Adam groped his genitals. "He's grabbing my nuts!" the report said.

Representatives for Crews confirmed to The Times that the "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star is suing Venit, whom he accused of groping him at an industry function previous year.
