The accusations come days after Singer was sacked by Twentieth Century Fox from their production of a Freddie Mercury biopic that only had two weeks left of shooting.

Director Bryan Singer, who has directed X-Men films and was sacked this week from his Queen biopic, has been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy.

Reps for Singer have been contacted by Metro.co.uk but they have not yet responded; reps told TMZ that Sanchez-Guzman's lawyers was the same man who represented Michael Egan, who had previously accused Singer of sexual misconduct but then withdrew his claims.

And that's the severity of a new lawsuit against Singer. The suit was filed in Washington's King County by a man named Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, who alleges that Singer attacked him on a yacht when he was a minor. When alone in one of the rooms, Singer, according to Guzman, "pulled out his penis, smacked Guzman in the face with it and forced it into his mouth".

The alleged victim, Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, accused the director of forcing him to perform oral sex. Based on the complaint, Singer later approached Sanchez-Guzman and offered him career favors in return for his silence, and then threatened to assassinate his character if he did not comply. The suit says Singer then forcibly anally penetrated Sanchez-Guzman. After he was sacked, Singer said he was unable to make it to the set because he was caring for an ailing parent. Sanchez-Guzman states that he was 17 at the time of the party and did not know Singer except that he was a friend of Waters. The allegations did not hold up in court, and the charges were ultimately dismissed.

Egan in 2015 pleaded guilty to fraud in an unrelated federal case in North Carolina.

Singer has faced accusations of misconduct in the past, including one from a 14-year-old actor on the set of the movie Apt Pupil, who said in 1997 that the director forced several minors to strip naked for a scene, but that case was thrown out.
