DANIEL STURRIDGE has offered himself to Inter Milan, according to reports in Italy.

There is no question that Sturridge's career at Liverpool has been hard and blighted by injury but all supporters remember the quality he showed in the 2013/14 season when the Reds came so close to winning the Premier League title for the first time. Unfortunately, however, his undeniable talent has been overshadowed by his horrendous injury record.

Sturridge has become a fan favourite since moving to Anfield in 2013, forming an outstanding partnership alongside Luis Suárez and almost guiding Liverpool to a Premier League title.

The 28-year-old has not given up on making Gareth Southgate's squad for the World Cup in Russian Federation this summer, however, and knows he needs to play in the second half of the season in order to give himself a chance.

Daniel Sturridge is planning to secure a move away from Anfield this month as the striker looks to rekindle his form ahead of the World Cup in Russian Federation.

Expect change in entertainment and travel, Intel chief tells CES crowd
While he didn't address the shakeup in Monday's keynote , Krzanich began his remarks by addressing the security issue head-on. "This is one thing I really like about Intel entering the space", he says.

It's a fair request and Liverpool are prepared to sell him if a bid comes in that matches the club's valuation of him.

The Reds are likely to believe Sturridge is worth a considerable amount, given his ability and reputation in the game.

Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is looking for a quality forward to improve club's chances in Champions League' spot battle.

Sturridge has scored 63 goals in 133 appearances for the club since he signed five years ago. However, he has scored just 28 goals since the start of the 2014/15 season.
