Leonardo DiCaprio To Star In Quentin Tarantino's New Movie

Leonardo DiCaprio to Join Family of Tarantino's Manson Movie

The last time the two worked together was for Django Unchained and that earned DiCaprio an Oscar nomination. A ton of resources are being put into this project and it sounds as if it will be one of Tarantino's biggest films of his career.

DiCaprio will play an aging, out-of-work actor in the film. So, if she is tapped for the Tarantino film - she already has experience portraying a real-life person where audiences already know an extensive backstory. Margot Robbie has been approached to play the ill-fated actress, though Tarantino claims the movie won't really be about Manson. The film will open on the 50th anniversary of the day the Manson family committed the LaBianca murders and the day Sharon Tate was killed. Rather, it will be a Pulp Fiction-esque film that simply takes place at the time of the Manson murders in Hollywood.

Variety is reporting that Tarantino also wants Al Pacino in the movie, and that the filmmaker has even written a role in the movie specifically for the veteran actor. Other A-list names such as Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence have also been rumored in previous months, though that remains unconfirmed.
