Man rams armored personnel carrier into shop, steals wine

Russian media reported on January 11 that a man stole an armored personnel carrier from a protected parking lot the day before and drove it into a store in the town of Apatity. A person living nearby was able to record the freakish crime (see above), and many people photographed the aftermath.

According to witnesses, the clearly drunk guy crushed a parked auto on his way to smashing the window to a convenience store.

It's still unclear how the man was able to steal the tank, and how he had the operational knowledge to drive the vehicle.
