The movie, although recalling the many bad things that happen, is surprisingly amusing in spots, especially when it comes to Gillooly trying to mastermind a scheme to upset Kerrigan.

Friday on ESPN's "Outside the Lines", Jeremy Schaap dispelled the recent effort to rehab the image of disgraced Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding by putting her on talk shows and in print due to her new movie, "I, Tonya".

The victor of two national titles (one was later taken away because of her role in the attack on Nancy Kerrigan), Harding also was sent by U.S. Figure Skating to two world championships, where she finished second and sixth. News cameras captured Kerrigan wailing in pain after the attack.

"I am sad as I write this", he added, "but at the same time I'm happy that I had such an adventure with the movie and with recreating a new positive image for her (Harding) in the public eye".

"I did, however, overhear them talking about stuff, where, 'Well, maybe we should take somebody out so we can make sure she gets on the team.' And I remember telling them, I go, 'What the hell are you talking about?" The man was later found to have been hired by Harding's ex-husband Jeff Gillooly and his friend, Shawn Eckardt. Gillooly was charged with conspiring to injure figure skater Nancy Kerrigan.

However, Harding said that she won't be apologizing any more for the incident.

"I was about 10 feet from her", Harding told ABC News.

Golden said the incident didn't happen. For more than 20 years, she denied knowing anything about the scheme.

"Why would I throw a steak knife at anybody?"

"I do not know if I am a badass", Margot told HL.
