The Bulls provided an update on Kris Dunn Thursday afternoon.

The 23-year-old didn't lose any teeth, however he chipped and dislocated his front two and was forced to leave the game.

"He was also evaluated for potential concussion and at this time is clear of concussion symptoms".

The Bulls' guard indeed suffered a concussion and won't travel on Friday when the team leaves for a three-game trip beginning Saturday in Atlanta.
