Music has become a massive part of the NBA All-Star Game. Comedian Kevin Hart will headline the player introductions, with Pharrell Williams' N.E.R.D set to perform at halftime. He'll be joined alongside yet-to-be-announced special guests. Canadian rockers Barenaked Ladies will perform the national anthem of their home country.
The 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend is touching down at Staples Center in Los Angeles this year, and the highly anticipated extravaganza will feature a halftime show performance from none other than N.E.R.D. Whether it be the performers who put on a show at halftime or the acts that do their renditions of the national anthems of the United States and Canada, the music during the NBA's premier midseason showcase is nearly as much of a spectacle as the game itself.
Pharrell is expected to perform a medley of his hits alongside songs from N.E.R.D's most recent release, No One Ever Really Dies.
