There was apparently an argument between Bliss and two men who were living here on the property off Knights Griffin Road, but it's unclear why the argument turned violent, deputies say, and Bliss shot the two men in the office.
HCSO says that the shooting took place at approximately 4 p.m. on Monday.
Deputies have not released the names of the wounded men or the person suspected of shooting Bliss.
The two other men shot, ages 44 and 45, were not immediately identified because next of kin were being notified, Lusczynski said.

A relative of the two injured men had been waiting outside the office and heard the shots. Deputies are investigating whether or not criminal charges will follow. The relative has not been arrested, and it's unclear if either acted in self-defense, said Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Col. Donna Luczynski.
He has been charged numerous times with assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and drug possession.
Bliss Enterprises is a family-owned construction company that has been building barns since the 1980s, according to ABC Action News.
