There was apparently an argument between Bliss and two men who were living here on the property off Knights Griffin Road, but it's unclear why the argument turned violent, deputies say, and Bliss shot the two men in the office.
HCSO says that the shooting took place at approximately 4 p.m. on Monday.
Deputies have not released the names of the wounded men or the person suspected of shooting Bliss.
The two other men shot, ages 44 and 45, were not immediately identified because next of kin were being notified, Lusczynski said.

It's believed the dispute had been ongoing for weeks. Bliss shot both men but was then fatally shot by an unidentified family member of the victims.
Lusczynski says that Bliss, 49, died inside the office. The two men who were shot were transported to a local hospital. One is reportedly in critical condition and the other is stable. A relative of the two injured men had been waiting outside the office and heard the shots. Deputies are investigating whether or not criminal charges will follow. The relative has not been arrested, and it's unclear if either acted in self-defense, said Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Col. Donna Luczynski.
He has been charged numerous times with assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and drug possession.
