Adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, who now sits at the center of a scandal involving President Donald Trump, got into a little playful banter with British media personality Piers Morgan on Twitter on Monday-and it was laden with sexual innuendo.
Last week, Daniels filed a civil suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court to have a nondisclosure agreement she reached with President Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen in October ruled invalid because it was signed only by Daniels and Cohen, not by the president himself.
"The new contract will ensure that Daniels can "(a) speak openly and freely about her prior relationship with the president and the attempts to silence her and (b) use and publish any text messages, photos and/or videos relating to the president that she may have in her possession, all without fear of retribution and/or legal liability for damages". "The only reason it hasn't run is that there is still a lot of journalism left to do", said Rhodes, adding that "60 Minutes" was still checking documents and other materials provided by Daniels.
Cohen claimed that Trump not only "vehemently denies" the affair but that he allegedly had no knowledge of the $130,000 payment made to Stormy.
Avenatti in a letter to Cohen, a copy of which was seen by Reuters, said the actress would wire the funds to an account of Trump's choosing by Friday. She taped an interview with CBS News' 60 Minutes programme last week that has yet to be aired.

He said: "First, we respect the responsibilities of the government of Nigeria and the territorial integrity of Nigeria". But we have been supporting, equipping, training and when we can provide information.
Following initial reports of Cohen's payment to Daniels, Cohen said Trump "vehemently denies" any affair.
It's unclear when or if that interview will air, but lawyers for the president are considering mounting a challenge to keep CBS from airing the segment, BuzzFeed reported.
Clifford could face a US$1 million penalty if she breaks the nondisclosure agreement. Neither Cohen, nor his lawyer, Lawrence Rosen, responded to a request for comment.
