Haverhill Police arrested 24-year-old Jared Gonzalez at his 89 Emerson St. residence on Sunday for charges of assault and battery, kidnapping, destruction of property, breaking and entering and witness intimidation.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed the officers from Rakiraki and Tavua pursued the vehicle to Naseyani where Water Authority of Fiji officials assisted police by blocking the driver's path.
