Marceno further informed that Riess should be considered armed and unsafe and she may kill someone soon again whenever she is out of money. Police believe the same firearm was used in the fatal shooting deaths of David Riess and Hutchinson.

There was no connection between Reiss and Hutchinson, but Dodge County sheriffs said Reiss' mode of operation was to befriend women before stealing their identity.

Hutchinson's cash, credit cards, and identification were found missing as were her auto keys and vehicle.

The couple are said to be residents of Pattaya and have three children together.

Border patrol agents are on the lookout for her and Hutchinson's family wants Riess apprehended quickly. He said that Reiss has a "gambling problem" and "financial problems".

Investigators believe Riess targeted Hutchinson in order to steal her identity because they look similar. "She said something to the effect of, 'I don't know why she would do that'". "She had a tattoo of a flower with six petals on her right hand", Mr. Katkar said.
