Users of the micro-blogging site from across the world were briefly shown an unhappy robot and a message that the site has broken.

Although the site appears to be in the process of coming back to life, we went about ten minutes without being able to load anything from the actual site, though third-party apps appeared to work during the outage.
Twitter's Support handle had tweeted, "Some users may have recently experienced issues accessing Twitter on mobile & web". Twitter's desktop site throws a 404-error page that says, "Something is technically wrong".
