Jared Leto to Star in and Produce His Own Joker Standalone Movie

And Jared Leto will be getting his own Joker movie.

According to Variety, Jared Leto is set to star in and executive produce his very own Joker movie.

The outlet, who spoke with sources, reports: "[The film will pave] the way for future movies branching from "Suicide Squad.

Leto's Joker film will become the second film on Joker to be under production by Warner Bros and DC Comics once an official announcement is made. Nevertheless, in the lamentable Suicide Squad, Jared Leto assumed the mantle and a seemingly untouchable role was, for better or worse, reborn.

Many of these performances, like those by Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger, are the stuff of acting legend, but then you get Jared Leto's odd take on the character which can perhaps only be described as divisive.
