Forbes released its fourth annual list of the richest self-made women in the USA on Thursday, singling out Kylie Jenner for recognition on the magazine's cover. Since adding other cosmetics like eye shadow and concealer, Forbes values her company at almost $800 million.
And impressively, Kylie, who gave birth to her daughter Stormi in February, owns 100% of her company.
Soon, when she's worth a billion dollars, Jenner will be the youngest "self-made" billionaire bar none, beating out even Mark Zuckerberg, who earned the title at 23. At the time, Kris Jenner, Kylie's mother, who rakes in 10 percent of all her children's earnings, said the company had collected $420 million in retail sales over 19 months. Kim Kardashian also made this list at number 54, with an estimated net worth of $350 million.
"I have such easy access to my fans and my customers", she told Forbes.
"Social media is an wonderful platform; I have such easy access to my fans and my customers".
She goes on to credit social media as a major marketing tool that has helped her grow her business.
