Iowa tornado HUGE tornado ripped through towns in the US state

This video shows not one, but two tornadoes in the sky just east of Des Moines, Iowa.

The storm carried east of Des Moines past Altoona, Prairie City and Colfax.

Several homes in Bondurant, Iowa were damaged as the roof of one home was torn off and another home was damaged after an RV flipped against it.

Injuries have been reported in Pella, Iowa, after a tornado hit a factory where people were still working, the Associated Press reported.

A flurry of tornadoes swept through the state of Iowa in the USA, flattening buildings and damaging the courthouse in Marshalltown and hitting an agricultural machinery plant in Pella as people were working.

The CEO of Racom said all operations are up and running, even though the building looks to be damaged.

The area is under a tornado watch until late Thursday. A state of emergency was declared. The utility said crews have been dispatched to fix damage and assess which areas can have gas service safely restored.
