Details of an unannounced new drone from market leader DJI have been revealed early in a UK-based store's catalog.
Yes, that really does say that you'll be able to transmit 1080p footage over 8km (around 5 miles). The Pro version has a 1-inch CMOS sensor Hasselblad camera, while the Zoom version has a 2x zoom lens and Dolly Zoom effect. An image of the upcoming Mavic 2 drone was first leaked online earlier this month, but United Kingdom store Argos has published a catalog that shows off the new drone in a very prominent ad which also lists the drone's features. As far as standard features across the two go, you'll get a bump in fly time that extends to 31-minutes, a five-mile range of flight and a host of new collision detecting sensors that beam out from all directions of the drone (a feature DJ introduced with the Mavic Air).
So what do we know about DJI's new drones from the Argos leak?
They will also have 360-degree obstacle sensing, as suggested from the last leak, but it's not clear whether they will have a removable gimbal.
Now thanks to a render obtained by the folks at Photo Rumors, we have a better idea of what the upcoming drone could look like. It will turn the sky into your creative canvas.

Samsung posts a soft second quarter on weak flagship phone sales
Samsung's semiconductor business posted its highest-ever operating profit of 11.61 trillion won and revenue of 21.99 trillion won. Samsung shares were down 0.5 per cent in early trading, compared with 0.2 per cent drop in the broader market.
We now know there will be at least three models in the new generation of drones, the Mavic 2 Pro, the Mavic 2 Zoom and the Mavic 2 Enterprise. Its compact size and 31-minute max flight time makes this one of DJI's most sophisticated flying cameras ever.
A spokesman for DJI said: "This pre-printed catalogue was scheduled before we postponed our "See the Bigger Picture" event".
Pricing and availability have yet to be revealed, but we'll likely know sooner rather than later since Argos chose to include the Mavic 2 already before it was even announced.
DJI is probably the biggest name in relatively affordable but super awesome drones right now and it's getting ready to update its Mavic drone with the predictably named Mavic 2.
