Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards responded to Mr. Trump's tweet with "Tired of you!"
In an interview that aired last Monday, James and Lemon discussed James' recent opening of a school for underprivileged children and politics. The grossly insecure President, who is manic over and obsessed with cable news, simply can not handle criticism and responds with wild and baseless personal attacks.
Melania Trump's spokeswoman said the first lady is "open to visiting" basketball star LeBron James's new $8 million school in OH for low-income and at-risk students, after the president derided James's intelligence on Twitter.

While James has not yet commented on Mr. Trump's insult, other National Basketball Association players came out in support of him. "He is doing an wonderful job for his community".
Elsewhere, Trump's former Democratic rival Hillary Clinton backed James as a "great family man" and "incredible ballplayer" who "gives back to his community, and isn't afraid to speak his mind". "LeBron James was just interviewed by the dumbest man on television, Don Lemon", Trump wrote.
James has always been critical of Trump.
It's no surprise the president took a shot at James, considering how much the basketball player attacks him on a regular basis - but it is a surprise to see him do so by jumping into the LeBron vs. Jordan debate.

The school opened with a group of third- and fourth-graders, but will expand to serve first through eighth grades by 2022.
