Around the front, meanwhile, there's an 8MP camera for selfies, while the same AR Emoji technology we've seen before is on hand for when you want to have a little fun. While some iPhone X fans will dispute that, the Note 9 was upped the screen size, battery and onboard storage compared to its predecessor, along with turning the S Pen into a remote control.
Battery: 4000 mAh with fast charging. The new Note is set to hit stores on August 24, Samsung said.
So you won't get asked to hand over the Note 9 before boarding an airplane?
The trademark feature of the Note series is the S Pen stylus.

But that awesome hardware comes at an incredibly steep price: $999 for the base model with 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM, or a whopping $1,249 for the 512GB/8GB model. This is essentially $1000. AT&T and Verizon are doing buy-one-get-one-free promotions, and Sprint is doing a 50-percent off the monthly payment plan, but every single one of those promotions starts at Samsung's listed price of $999 (or $1,249). This will be for the 128GB variant with the 512GB variant priced at least Rs 5000 higher.
