The core of the 2019 Civic sedan and coupe is still the well-received 10th generation vehicle, which is now America's number one retail-selling auto. An nearly legendary combination of reliability, affordability, and driving fun have been hallmarks of every (well, nearly every) Civic, and the 10th-generation version we have now is no different.
The 2019 Honda Civic features some very mild styling updates.
The front bumper has been reworked, too, and the grille is now lower.
A new Sport trim will debut to slot between the EX and Touring, offering customers a value buy with a bit more of an athletic aesthetic. Honda also updated the look of its halogen and LED headlights, as well, and there are a few new wheel designs in the mix. It gets a piano black lower front fascia and side pod accents, while the sedan throws in a rear deckled spoiler and a splitter-style rear lower bumper with a chrome polygonal exhaust finisher echoing that of the Civic Si. A chrome accent on the lower rear bumper of the Sedan and new wheel designs for both models - including larger 18-inch rims on the Touring trim - round out the exterior styling updates on the returning trims. That's a shame for buyers looking for some even more affordable performance, but those more interested in looks and tech will likely be satisfied.

Listen to Cubs' walk off grand slam call against Nats
Down to their final out, the Cubs caught a break when Madson hit another batter by plunking Willson Contreras on a 2-2 count. That was nary a worry, however, as he blasted a stunning walk-off grand slam to give the Cubs the 4-3 victory.
"We have no planned changes this year for Civic, there will be an update in 2019", Honda Australia said in a statement. 10-spoke alloy wheels finished in Berlina Black add to the visual sportiness, whereas the interior benefits from 7.0-inch infotainment with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a volume button for the audio system.
The news certain to intrigue most buyers, though, involves the Civic's safety systems.
All sedans and coupes now will be equipped with forward-collision warnings with automatic emergency braking, active lane control, and adaptive cruise control.
Launch of the Civic facelift is slated to take place in the first half of 2019, and it is expected to be priced between Rs 16-20 lakh, where it'll go on to rival the likes of the Skoda Octavia, Toyota Corolla Altis and Hyundai Elantra.
