Fans of the Call of Duty: Black Ops series will notice several familiar multiplayer map locations such as Firing Range, a snowless version of Array, Turbine, Cargo Docks, and a really-destroyed version of Nuketown. For those of you lamenting your inability to partake, you can take check out some gameplay instead, which should tide you over until the beta hits your platform of choice.
Zombies also make an appearance, spawning from special supply drops with items that will be familiar to those who have played Call of Duty's zombie modes in the past.
The beta ends on September 17, at 7pm CAT.

In these first experiences with Blackout, I feel that this further establishes that battle royale modes are here to stay.
