A pair of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series practices are scheduled for Saturday, with the first session beginning at 10:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN/NBC Sports App and the final session beginning at 1:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN/NBC Sports App.
Drivers are set to compete in Monday's Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with spots in the playoffs still up for grabs.
The drivers will line up for both races without any practice or qualifying.
That said, according to NASCAR.com, a Toyota Tundra track-drying team of 19 vehicles is ready dry the track when needed, as are 10 jet dryers and four vacuums. Even so, it will be a tall order for Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Daniel Suarez (who also has to drop to the back of the field to start) and anyone else who needs to win the race to make the playoffs to actually pull it off.
