One local resident shared a video of police cars racing to the scene of the shooting, which reportedly happened around 11:30am EST, with local news outlets announcing that a cordon has been set up.

The Wisconsin State Journal reports the Dane County 911 communications center said the shooter was at an address Wednesday that includes companies Esker Software and WTS Paradigm.

Police and multiple ambulances have responded.

Middleton is about 90 miles west of Milwaukee.
