This report comes courtesy of Variety, following up on news previous year that Paramount had picked up the rights to the adaptation. Michael B. Jordan will star as protagonist John Clark in the movie. Clark is an an ex-Navy Seal who became a Central Intelligence Agency operations officer.
According to Variety, Jordan will play John Clark in the movies based on Clancy's books Rainbow Six and Without Remorse. There are actually two movies now planned for release in the future, one of which is an adaptation of the original Tom Clancy novel and the other of which is based on the prequel novel Without Remorse.
Rainbow Six should serve as a direct sequel, although Paramount is still meeting with writers and directors for the first instalment, so don't expect to see either for quite some time. However, the main producer on the series will be Akiva Goldsman, executive producer of the upcoming DC's Titans TV series. Clark was largely used as a supporting character to Jack Ryan, until he was given his own adventure in "Without Remorse".
Paramount is developing two separate films featuring Clancy's Central Intelligence Agency operative John Clark portrayed by Jordan who will also co-produce both projects along with Akiva Goldsman, Josh Applebaum, and Corin Nemec.

Jimmy Butler Requests Trade from T'Wolves to Knicks, Nets, or Clippers
The other caveat is that Jimmy Butler doesn't want to play "under" LeBron James in the prime years of his career. Butler appears unlikely to be swayed by any case Thibodeau might make for why he should remain in Minnesota.
Most Yogurts On Store Shelves Packed With Sugar
All the yogurts were categorized as natural/Greek, desserts, organic, flavored, fruit, children's, dairy alternatives, etc. Yet, the halo effect of yogurt is powerful, and for Moore, this is perhaps the most significant implication of the study .
Without Remorse fills in the backstory of how Clark came to join the Central Intelligence Agency. The 1994 film had the character portrayed by Willem Dafoe while the 2002 reboot had Live Schreiber play the role. It's been a long time since he read Rainbow Six, and he now remembers the video games more than the book.
Paramount neared a deal to create a Without Remorse film back in 2012 and began exploring a Rainbow Six movie in 2017, but nothing came of either until now.
Jordan (Black Panther, Creed) has scored a lead role in a new Tom Clancy-inspired film series at Paramount. That makes this a flawless time to give John Clark the spotlight on the big screen for the first time.
