However, the character's beloved and loyal cowboy doll, called Woody, saw his position as favorite in jeopardy when Andy was bought a Buzz Lightyear figure, who believed he was on a mission into space. "I'm startled. 3 I thought was unbelievable [but] this, I couldn't even get through the last scene". Both franchises have had their share of surprisingly emotional moments, with Toy Story 3 and Avengers: Infinity War ending on incredibly poignant and bittersweet notes.
Well, according to Buzz Lightyear himself Tim Allen, Toy Story 4 will reach even deeper levels of emotion. "I don't wanna give it away, but this is an incredibly great story", said the actor as the hosts waited for any tidbit of information about the movie.
"It is so emotional, it's so amusing, it's so big the idea of what they've come up with", Allen said.
"I gotta resist getting emotional", says Allen. "I would love to be a Washington leaker".
"Toy Story 4" was originally due for release in 2017, but it was pushed back to next year after claims three quarters of the script was shelved.
