FAN VOTE | Help choose 2019’s Rock Hall inductees

Despite its name, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has been accepting nominees from all genres, regardless of their connection to rock'n'roll.

Gaining their first nominations in 2019 are Akron's finest New Wave weirdos Devo, Sheffield rockers Def Leppard, and the hugely influential British band Roxy Music. Fans can help narrow the list of 15 down to 5 by voting here.

Stevie Nicks is already in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Fleetwood Mac. Rounding out the nominees are Def Leppard, Devo, MC5, John Prine, The Cure, Roxy Music, The Zombies, and Todd Rundgren. Shortly after voting concludes, the inductees will be announced. More than 1,000 music industry members based around the world will vote to determine this year's inductees, based on influence, the act's career longevity and their musical innovation; additionally, fans can cast votes (one ballot per day) on RockHall.com or in person at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio, until December 9.

This is the first time that Nicks has made it onto the ballot as a solo artist.
