Husband of 'Housewives' star to be deported

It has been decided that the husband will be deported to Italy after he finishes serving his time in prison. Teresa Giudice served almost a year in prison after pleading guilty to submitting false loan applications when she applied for a $5 million mortgage.

A judge ordered his deportation once he is released from prison. "I can explain." Joe will have a chance to file an appeal to this decision by November 9.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice appeared before an immigration court in York, Pennsylvania, via teleconference Wednesday.

Joe and Teresa, both 46, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014.
