Satpute said that at her insistence, police on Thursday recorded Dutta's statement in English instead of Marathi as she did not want a repeat of what happened 10 years back. The 34-year-old alleges that when she complained to the director, producer and choreographer of the film about Nana Patekar's behavior, they reassured her but later tried to force her to perform an intimate dance step with Nana Patekar. She accused Nana of sexually harassing her while they were rehearsing for an item number of the film Horn Ok Pleassss.

Tanushree stated that Daisy had seen Nana try to touch her during her rehearsals and that she immediately went to the Ganesh to complaint.

"I felt very uncomfortable because of his behavior mentioned above and he has outraged my modesty I felt embarrassed like this his behavior was inappropriate towards me".

The commission has also written to Mumbai police, seeking information on the action it had taken on Dutta's complaint in this regard.

Patekar has denied he misbehaved with Dutta on the sets of the film, calling her claims a "lie". As she left, she claimed that, Siddiqui had already called the media and workers of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena who chanted slogans and banged on her vehicle, allegedly preventing her from leaving the premises. Having said that, Raveena also added that she is someone who is hard to mess with and further also mentioned that she would scare people off easily. She claimed that the men violently attacked her vehicle "as they were very angry at me for refusing to do a dance step with Patekar and complaining about his behavior".

In 2008, Tanushree's father Tapan Kumar Dutta had filed an FIR when she allegedly underwent the ordeal and her vehicle was attacked while exiting the sets of "Horn Ok Pleasss".

Dutta claimed that a subsequent complaint she registered with the Cine And TV Artistes' Association was closed without proper investigation even as she was under "tremendous shock and trauma" and suffered monetary and professional losses.

The alleged harassment took place on the fourth day of the shoot on March 26, she says. Many parts of my complaint were deleted, omitted and avoided, she alleged. We will speak to them and verify her allegations.
