In an interview, Korea spokesperson Sung Chul Park for developer and publisher Epic Games told Korean outlet Inven that Fortnite's concurrent player count now sits at around 8.3 million worldwide. So, yeah, this is kind of a huge deal.

"This partnership represents a great opportunity for millions of National Football League fans who are Fortnite players to express their fandom inside the game while at the same time exposing our brand to countless others".

This news comes shortly after Fortnite launched in South Korea earlier this week, including a brand new shop in-game branded by one of South Korea's largest.
