It will debut at the Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition following the launch of the Hatchback and Touring Sports models.
Now the automaker has given a glimpse of the upcoming Corolla Sedan anew, this time showing a portion of the car's front fascia.
The five-door auto is expected to share most of the same design language as the hatchback variant but will have the elongated rear-end. As expected, the exterior of the vehicle is nearly identical to the same sedan and wagon: the machines are the same form of head optics and grille, but the blocks are different fog lights.
Our first real look at the 12th-gen Corolla sedan. Perhaps this is Toyota's way of making the four-door stand out from the five-doors.

Unsurprisingly, the Corolla sedan largely follows the 2019 hatchback's aggressive design. The Toyota Corolla will boast a 1.8 litre to 2-litre petrol motor most likely.
The interiors of those variants likely guided the design of the new Corolla sedan as well; we'll be on familiar ground there as well.
It will come equipped with a large touchscreen infotainment system with latest in-car connectivity features while the suite of safety and drive assistance equipment will also see new inclusions. It also remains to be seen how many of these goodies will be offered on the India-spec Corolla. In the USA, the new Corolla hatchback is sold with a 2.0-litre petrol engine making 168 hp at 6,600 rpm and 210 Nm at 4,800 rpm with six-speed manual and CVT with paddle shifters as transmission choices. The headlights are taken from the hatchback variant that debuted this past summer, which leads us to believe we won't be seeing any revolutionary changes to the overall design of the vehicle.
