The Whopper house has offered fans a very very special deal on their burgers but they can only retrieve it when they are within at least 600 ft from a McDonald's, really.

According to Business Insider, Burger King's app will recognize the user's location as being at a McDonald's and unlock the penny deal.

The signature sandwich can be bought for one penny after a consumer goes within 600 feet of a McDonald's restaurant and orders the burger on the newly revamped BK App. Get more information here.

The promotion runs through December 12 at participating restaurants.
