Google will launch the Pixel 3 Lite, the company's rumoured, but oft-leaked, upcoming midrange smartphone, in the U.S.in "early Spring", according to Android Police's David Ruddock. Although, the pricing and announcement date are still unknown, but certain leaks suggest internal hardware of the smartphones. The upcoming devices are expected to feature a single 12-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Please note that a prototype of the Pixel 3 Lite appeared at the end of November in the Russian market and that at the beginning of December the terminal was shown in unofficial rendering next to the Pixel 3 XL Lite. Notably, the Google Pixel 3 Lite as well as the Pixel 3 XL Lite already featured in the rumour mill and spotted in some alleged renders in the recent past.

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL might not have sold like the iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones this year, but they sure hold a special place among the photographers' community.

So why exactly is Google interested in launching mid-level budget smartphones? The handset will likely come with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. "The smaller phone will allegedly have a 5.5" screen, while the larger XL will have a 6" display. Since the Pixel 3 was made official, it ruled impressed the critics as well as its fans with stellar camera performance.
