Arians hire in Tampa improves late draft pick for Cardinals

Ever since the Jon Gruden era fizzled out, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been despite for a true identity and a winning culture.

Bruce Arians is happy to pick up the pieces.

The Bucs recently fired head coach Dirk Koetter after three seasons with the team.

- The Buccaneers' next head coach will be Bruce Arians, according to multiple reports.

Jason Licht previously worked with the Cardinals during the tenure of Arians.

Arians, 66, is a two-time National Football League coach of the year with a background coaching quarterbacks, including Peyton Manning, Ben Roethlisberger and Carson Palmer.

It's a reunion of their time together in Arizona, where Bowles was Arians' defensive coordinator with the Cardinals from 2013-14.

With Arians, that's exactly what the Bucs are getting.
