Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has agreed to join Juventus in the summer, according to Sky in Italy.

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri and director Fabio Paratici are believed to be huge admirers of Ramsey, who could not agree to a contract extension with Arsenal and is set to leave the club on a free deal after spending 10 years with the Gunners.

The Welsh star is expected to pocket £7.2m annually with a weekly wage of £140,000 making him Bianconerri second most top earner.

Aaron Ramsey could fast track his big-money move overseas to Juventus "as soon as this weekend" but Arsenal are demanding £18million if the Welshman complete the switch in January.

However, Emery will not be particularly sad to see Ramsey go, with BBC Sport reporting that the Spaniard had reservations over his role in the squad and suitability to his football.

'We need his performances for us and the last matches I am very happy with him'.

Tata Motor's Jaguar Land Rover to cut another 4,500 jobs worldwide
The motor industry is being hit by a twin jobs blow after two of the UK's biggest carmakers announced shake-ups. Auto giant Jaguar Land Rover will announce up to 5,000 job cuts later on Thursday, according to reports.

The BBC reporter adds: "However, although there is still a possibility the situation might change, it is nearly certain the former Cardiff player will go overseas".

And Emery insisted today that he will still count on Ramsey for the rest of the season even if he does finalise a deal with Juventus.

"After, his future belongs to him, his family and agent".

"Every training day with us he is working very well and I want his behaviour and focus the same for West Ham on Saturday".

It is understood Ramsey's boyhood dream was to play for Barcelona but despite preliminary talks that option will not be pursued.
