"Another incident reported a fatality involving a 2-year-old and an unanchored, empty three-drawer chest". The chests are 27-and-a-half inches high, 31-and-a-quarter inches wide, and 15-and-a-half inches deep.

South Shore Furniture is urging consumers to stop using the recalled dresser if it is not properly anchored to the wall.

Some models of the 3-drawer chests listed above were also sold as part of a three-piece bedroom set that also included a bed and nightstand.

In its May 9 recall, South Shore writes the recalled "Libra" 3-drawer chests are unstable if they're not anchored to the wall, posing "serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in death or injuries to children".
