The main draw with Realme is the affordability: the brand regularly undercuts Xiaomi, allowing devices like the Realme 3 Pro to pull ahead of the Redmi Note 7 Pro. The company took the wraps off its flagship Realme X phone, and the more affordable Realme X Lite. The phone offers a screen resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels with a 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. It is protected under Gorilla Glass 5 and produces 100% of the colors in the NTSC gamut. The phone also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and Face Unlock support. Realme X is powered by the Snapdragon 710 chipset, the same chipset we've seen on the Realme 3 Pro, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The smartphone uses a Snapdragon 710 SoC along with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. Realme is touting that it is using UFS 2.1 for the storage, but we're not sure if it applies to all the three models or just the top model. The smartphone is fuelled by a 4,045mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging. On the software front, it runs ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie. The camera comes with features such as 64-megapixel Ultra HD mode, night scene mode, slow-motion video shooting, burst mode, and Chroma Boost.
The new smartphone marked the entry of Realme in China.
In terms of the camera capabilities, the Realme X comes with a dual camera setup on the back, which houses a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. In the camera department, we have a 25MP selfie camera which is supported by a 16MP + 5MP dual rear camera. According to the company, the sensor rises within 0.72 seconds to pop up. If that doesn't look enough to you, then Realme has also partnered with Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa to debut garlic and onion color variants. This special edition will only be available in the 8GB+128GB configuration.Читайте также: ‘Super Mario Maker 2’ Nintendo Direct
