Krzysztof Szczerski, an adviser to the Polish president, said the general concept of a "Fort Trump" was on the agenda today and that the United States presence "will increase both in quality as well as quantity".
"No additional troops in Europe", he said.
"The Polish government will build these projects at no cost to the United States", Trump said in the Rose Garden of the White House.
